YMC-Pack Polymer C18 Capillary Columns
YMC-Pack Polymer C18 is prepared from a hydrophilic methacrylate polymer bonded with a hydrophobic octadecylsilane reagent to make the C18 functionality an integral part of the polymeric structure with residual silanols.
The selectivity and retention of YMC-Pack Polymer C18 is similar to that of standard ODS phases. Since it resists shrinking and swelling, YMC-Pack Polymer C18 can be used with eluents ranging in composition from 100% aqueous to 100% organic component and its wide pH range makes it an alternative choice for high pH separations.
YMC-Pack Polymer C18 is available packed in capillary columns that are compatible with all Nano and Micro LC-MS systems. Capillary columns are suitable for extremely low sample volumes and low flow rates. They are available either with 1/16" connections (10-32 thread) or with 1/32" connections (6-40 thread).
